Functions of the Scott County Clerk's Office

• Secretary to the Board of County Commissioners and official recordkeeper
• Responsible for the Budgets of all County Entities
• Prepares the tax levy and tax statements for the County Treasurer
• Organizes and Conducts all Elections
• Bills and Collects Trash service for Scott County
• Sells Wildlife and Parks Licenses and Permits
• Responsible for Accounts Payable and County Payroll
